The P’tits Ninjas classes we offer at our karate school are clearly different from other preschool programs!
COURSE STRUCTURE
Each P’tits Ninjas class lasts 45 min.
Here’s the content allocated to each segment.
- Warm-up and warm-down (5 to 10 minutes)
- Introduction to Karate (10 minutes)
- LIttle Ninja skill (15 to 20 minutes)
- Safety, prevention and defense (5 to 10 minutes)
Several dojos in our Federation offer P’Tits Ninjas courses.

About the Little Ninjas Program
The Littel Ninjas program is an introduction to martial arts for children aged 3 to 5. It is specially designed to meet the needs of young children, enabling them to develop their motor skills, coordination and self-confidence. This unique program also incorporates educational elements to prepare children to deal with potentially dangerous situations such as bullying and harassment.
